• Information you enter into the Service — workflow settings, agent configurations, opt-in page content, SMTP settings and the API keys you connect for AI providers.
• Lead data you collect — names, email addresses and form answers submitted through opt-in pages, forms and popups you create with the Service.
• Support correspondence — anything you send us when you contact support.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and similar usage data, collected through server logs and cookies.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate and maintain the Service and your account.
• To process purchases, refunds and access to the products you bought.

• To send product updates and offers, where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The Service connects to AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity and xAI) using API keys you supply. When a workflow runs, the relevant content — which may include lead information — is sent to the provider you selected so it can generate a response. That processing is governed by the provider's own terms and privacy policy. Your API keys are stored in your account and used only to run your workflows.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as hosting, payment processing and email delivery, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• AI providers and email (SMTP) services you choose to connect, as described above.
