These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the AI Master Agent Force software (the "Service") provided by AI MasterAgentForce ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Licence

On purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business in line with the plan you bought. You may not resell, sublicense, share login details, copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Service unless your plan expressly allows it.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your own API keys and third-party services

AI features require API keys you obtain from supported providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity and xAI). You are responsible for your provider accounts, their fees and compliance with their terms. Email sending uses SMTP services you connect. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, output or policy changes of any third-party service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited email, or email people without a lawful basis to contact them.
• Break any law, including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, PECR and GDPR) and consumer protection laws.
• Collect data deceptively, or publish misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing or harmful content.
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.

5. Your content and leads

You own the content you create and the lead data you collect. You are solely responsible for it, for having permission to collect and email your leads, for providing your own privacy notice to them, and for honouring unsubscribe and data requests. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to run the Service.

6. AI-generated output

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing anything the Service produces before relying on it or sending it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality or results of AI-generated content.

7. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the Service is not right for you, email babyboomersownnetwork@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. We may ask what went wrong so we can try to help first. Refunds are not available after 30 days, or where an account has been used in breach of these Terms. Once refunded, access to the Service ends.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change or discontinue features to improve the Service, maintain security or comply with law.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, branding and content (excluding your content) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. No earnings guarantee

We make no promise that you will earn money or achieve any particular result by using the Service. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service, your content, your emails to leads, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI MasterAgentForce is established, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
